Meet Our Team
Who We Are
Billy and Kate have been in the fitness business for over seven years as the owners of the Orangetheory Fitness studios in the Louisville area. Billy has been an avid mountain biker for the better part of 25 years. Kate has been an OTF coach since they opened in 2014.
We have seen and experienced over the years the benefits of exercise. During exercise we require our bodies to deal with stressors to make us stronger.
We have also learned that there are other ways to make your body stronger, heal faster and feel better.
A lot of people might be training like athletes. We asked ourselves if we train like athletes, do we also recover like athletes?
Most of us do not take the time to recover for optimal performance or healing. So we took a deep dive into the science of recovery for optimal living. Whether you consider yourself to be an athlete or not, giving ourselves opportunities to allow the body to heal is crucial.
We wanted a place that offered multiple modalities of recovery. At Club Recover we offer just that, assisted stretching, IV hydration, ice bath, sauna, red light therapy and air compression. Every session offers our clients an opportunity to reset, restore and recover in the most time efficient and optimal way possible.
Welcome to Club Recover!
